The JPI Oceans Blue Carbon Knowledge Hub will be present at the three-day "Coastal Blue Carbon: User Consultation Meeting" organised by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Coastal Blue Carbon from 8–10 April 2026 at ESA ESRIN in Frascati, Italy.
On the opening day, high-level organisations are invited to present their activities, and JPI Oceans will present its JPI Oceans Knowledge Hub on Blue Carbon, focusing on advancing spatial mapping, carbon sequestration science, and policy integration across European marine research networks. Afterwards, the event will primarily feature technical and interactive sessions focused on coastal habitats and carbon stock products.
