Theresa oversees all office-related matters as well as key aspects of employment administration, liaising with external partners such as building management, accountants, consultants, the social secretariat, and catering providers. Before joining JPI Oceans' Secretariat in 2021, Theresa held various administrative roles in the Brussels area - spanning commercial, marketing, financial, and office management functions - first in multinational companies and later in NGOs. On a personal level, she has always been passionate about environmental issues, with a particular interest in seas and oceans.
