EU4Ocean at Ocean Week

The EU4Ocean Coalition is organising an event in celebration of World Ocean Day. The event will be held in Brussels in a cultural hub, Talk CEC. During the event, visitors will be invited to discover the wonders of the ocean, engage with Blue Economy professionals, and explore the many facets of ocean sustainability.
BlueBio end-term evaluation for Cofunded projects

On 6-7 June 2023 in Lisbon, BlueBio will hold two major events. The first is the end-term evaluation of the 19 projects from the Cofunded call in 2018. The second is the mid-term evaluation of the 10 projects from the 1st Additional Call in 2020.
JPI Oceans at ASLO Aquatic Sciences Meeting 2023

Mission ‘Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030’: High-level event in Palermo & Salina

High-level event in Palermo on 30 and 31 May, and 1 June 2023 on the island of Salina on the Mediterranean lighthouse. The event will be an opportunity to present several case studies and initiatives which contribute to the Mission objectives that may be scaled up and replicated in other sea basins to help set measures for the coming decade.
European Maritime Day 2023

Established in 2008, European Maritime Day (EMD) is the annual EU meeting point on maritime affairs and sustainable blue growth, and the place where ‘Ocean Leaders Meet’ as the slogan goes. As part of the European Maritime Day, JPI Oceans, together with other partners, organises a workshop on the role of ocean literacy in linking science with blue sectors, education and society.
