JPI Oceans aims to provide a long-term integrated approach to marine and maritime research and technology development in Europe.Therefore, JPI Oceans builds on the work of a large number of initiatives and strategies at a global, European and national level. In this section an overview of the most relevant policies and strategies at different levels is presented.
