Dissemination/use of results

The communication agreement template can used be as a contract between grantee and beneficiaries of projects funded through JPI Oceans

The template provides an overview of provisions with regards to:    

  • Subcontracting
  • Confidentiality
  • Communication of data for evaluation, impact assessment and standardisation purposes
  • Information to be provided to Participating States, other Member States or Associated Countries
  • Outreach, information and communication
  • Dissemination of foreground

The template adheres to the principles of open access to data and publications.
